While many physical therapists have the credentials to help, something that sets me apart is that I am willing and happy to take the time to create the right plan for your care.
From our first session forward, we will do a handful of movements, evaluations and treatment. You’ll leave feeling like you’re on the road to recovery and like you have someone in your corner. I work with athletes, as well as people of all ages and backgrounds who are just trying to feel good in their body through simple exercises and powerful treatment and conversations.
This is a two-way street. You deserve to have someone that works with you. I’m an active listener and will ensure you feel safe and comfortable at each session. We’ll integrate many aspects of who you are into each session.
I believe in a mindful, holistic approach and am passionate about educating clients. I’m excellent at working with soft tissue, as well as teaching clients what movements work best for their body and what to stay away from. As we build up strength over a few sessions, you’ll be amazed at how much better your body can feel.
