Physical Therapy Sessions

I work with people of all ages, backgrounds and body-types. My main office is in Nickel City Athletics, but I am available for travel upon request.

I offer a variety of different services for people anywhere on their journey, whether they’re dealing with an active injury or they’re looking to build strength in their body.

Initial Evaluation

60-75 minute – 1-on-1 Evaluation:

Detailed individualized assessment of acute or chronic pain or injury.

This session is designed to:

  • Identify current needs and root causes of impairment contributing to your symptoms
  • Create a clear plan to address your needs to achieve your specific goals
  • Establish home exercise program.
  • Provide strategies for symptom management
  • When indicated manual therapies for acute symptom relief and to jumpstart recovery

One Hour Follow Up

55 minute – 1-on-1 Follow-up:

Single session performance, rehabilitation, recovery session or hybrid.

This appointment is best for physical therapy follow ups, single session performance follow ups or established clients who are in need of a recovery session.

Session may consist of:

  • Soft tissue and manual therapies
  • Corrective and therapeutic exercises
  • Precise coaching with lots of attention to detail
  • Reviewing and updating your treatment plan and exercise program.

For established clients with previously evaluated injury.

30-Minute – Follow up:

30-minute follow ups are best used as an additional supplemental session to work on muscle and joint needs with various manual therapy modalities or for in depth review of and detailed coaching to ensure proper execution of your established exercise program.

  • Joint Mobilizations and manipulations
  • Detailed stretching
  • Kinesio-taping
  • Self-instructed stretching for self-management
  • Detailed movement coaching for neuromuscular re-education

For established clients with previously evaluated injury.

Performance Evaluation:

60-75 minute – 1-on-1 Performance Evaluation:

A detailed individualized assessment to determine how to best improve your performance based on the demands of your sport or desired activities.

This session consists of:

  • A global movement screen to assess and big restrictions in how you move.
  • A detailed assessment of biggest components required to achieve your specific goals
  • Assessment of specific tasks; Running, Deadlift, Squat, Clean, Pressing, Throwing, Kicking etc. Agility.
  • Create an individualized plan to allow you to achieve your goals in the most efficient and sustainable way for you.
  • When indicated manual therapies to jumpstart mobility and performance improvements.

Movement Screen:

55 minute – Full Body Mobility and Stability Assessment:

This assessment is designed to identify restrictions and limitations in your movements that affect your performance. It’s best for those looking to move and feel better in their daily life and fitness endeavors. You’ll leave with a plan of action to improve your mobility and stability, while reducing your risk of injury and improving your performance.

This session consists of:

  • Full body movement Screen
  • Individual break outs for your three biggest points for improvement
  • Individualized plan to address your big 3 items
  • Detailed instruction and application of corrective exercises

10-Pack-One Hour Follow Up:

10 x 55 minute – 1 on 1 Follow-up:

Best for 1x/wk performance training, performance and rehabilitation hybrid and/or recovery sessions. Consists of Soft tissue and manual therapies, Corrective and therapeutic exercises with precise coaching and attention to detail, reviewing and updating treatment plan and exercise program. For established patients/clients.

20-Pack-One Hour Follow Up:

20 x 55 minute – 1 on 1 Follow-up:

Best for 2x/wk performance training, performance and rehabilitation hybrid and/or recovery sessions. Consists of Soft tissue and manual therapies, Corrective and therapeutic exercises with precise coaching and attention to detail, reviewing and updating treatment plan and exercise program. For established patients/clients.
