This appointment is best for physical therapy follow ups, single session performance follow ups or established clients who are in need of a recovery session.
Session may consist of:
- Soft tissue and manual therapies
- Corrective and therapeutic exercises
- Precise coaching with lots of attention to detail
- Reviewing and updating your treatment plan and exercise program.
For established clients with previously evaluated injury.
